Active in all of Exponent's training, Geert coordinates the programs for ropes courses. When asked, he joins Technology's ropes course construction team of does ropes course inspections.

- Outdoor trainer since 1997. Beside his work for Exponent, Geert works for Outward Bound Belgium, where he is responsible for hard skill staff training and program safety.
